现代三级跳远运动的发展经历了四个不同的阶段,其技术类型也经历了由高跳型到平跳型再到速度型的演变。鉴于三级跳远技术向速度型发展的趋势,在三级跳远训练过程中,笔者摒弃过去的训练思路,着眼于培养青少年运动员快速助跑、快速起跳、快速的三跳节奏和快速跳跃的动力定型。根据青少年运动员自身的特点,在掌握三级跳远技术特点的基础上,有针对性地采用速度和爆发力紧密结合的训练方法,有效地指导其进行训练,并取得了理想的训练效果。
The development of modern triple jump experience has gone through four different stages, and its technical type has undergone the evolution from high jump type to flat jump type to speed type. In view of the tendency of triple jump technology to speed development, in the process of triple jump training, I abandon the past train of thought, focus on cultivating young athletes rapid run-up, rapid take-off, fast three-hop rhythm and fast jump dynamic stereotypes. According to the characteristics of juvenile athletes, on the basis of mastering the technical characteristics of triple jump, the training methods combining speed and explosive force are used in a targeted manner to guide them in training effectively and obtain the ideal training effect.
