运用立体学方法,对幼年(1月龄)、成年(12月龄)和老年(31月龄)Wistar大鼠腺垂体各种内分泌细胞的细胞质、细胞核、核仁、线粒体及脂褐素进行定量分析,结果表明:老年动物的细胞质体密度(Vv)在促肾上腺皮质激素细胞中是增加的,但在催乳素细胞中却是减少的;细胞核体密度(Vv)在促性腺激素细胞和促甲状腺激素细胞中增大;而促肾上腺皮质激素细胞和促性腺激素细胞的核仁体密度(Vv)却出现下降。线粒体的体密度(Vv)在生长素细胞、催乳素细胞和促肾上腺皮质激素细胞都有所增加,而且在生长素细胞和促肾上腺皮质激素细胞中线粒体的面数密度也明显变大。至于脂褐素体密度(Vv)在五种细胞中均有出现,但其含量仅在生长素细胞、催乳素细胞、促肾上腺皮质激素细胞和促性腺激素细胞中出现年龄性差异。本文讨论了结构变化与细胞功能的关系。
The cytoplasm, nucleus, nucleolus, mitochondria and lipofuscin of various endocrine cells in the pituitary of Wistar rats in young (1 month old), adult (12 months old) and old (31 months old) The results showed that the cytoplasmatic density (Vv) of aged animals was increased in adrenocorticotropic cells but decreased in prolactin cells; the density of the nucleosomes (Vv) in gonadotrophs and thyrotropin Hormone cells increased; and adrenocorticotropic hormone cells and gonadotropin cells nucleolus density (Vv) decreased. Mitochondrial body density (Vv) is increased in both auxin, prolactin and adrenocorticotropic cells, and the number density of mitochondria in both auxin and adrenocorticotropic hormone cells is also significantly increased. As for the lipofuscin bulk density (Vv) in all five cells, the content was only differentiated by age in auxin, prolactin, adrenocorticotropic hormone and gonadotropin cells. This article discusses the relationship between structural changes and cellular function.
