节能减排的目的是减少资源能源的浪费及降低废气排放和废料排出。再制造工程是实现节能减排的关键手段之一,是循环经济4R原则的重要组成,其关键技术是表面工程技术。为充分适应表面工程的发展方向和再制造工程的实践需要,研究开发了以自动化纳米颗粒复合电刷镀技术为代表的、可适应产业化再制造加工需求的多种自动化表面工程技术。
The purpose of energy-saving emission reduction is to reduce waste of resources and energy and reduce emissions and waste discharge. Remanufacturing is one of the key ways to achieve energy saving and emission reduction. It is an important component of the 4R principle of circular economy. Its key technology is surface engineering. In order to fully meet the development direction of surface engineering and the practical needs of remanufacturing engineering, a variety of automatic surface engineering technologies, which are represented by automated nano-particle composite brush plating technology and can meet the needs of industrialized remanufacturing and processing, are researched and developed.
