通过对我院建立爱婴医院以来收住１３７１例产妇中施行剖宫产３５４例的手术指征及手术方法的分析，以探讨控制剖官产率与提高产科质量的关系，以及下腹部横切口剖宫产在产科领域的应用前景。结果：我院总剖宫产率为２５．８％，符合产科质量管理剖宫产率控制要求；剖宫产指征头盆不称为第一位；下腹部横切口剖宫产因其术后病率低、疼痛轻及美观等，有其广阔的应用前景。
