包钢生产的U74重轨脆断事故的发生,迫使科技工作者为防止脆断、提高韧性进行了一系列的研究工作。多年来的试验研究表明:由于U74钢特殊的变形和断裂规律,(诸如加载过程的Pop—in现象等),加之尺寸因素的限制,难于测定有效的断裂韧性指标,因而对改善重轨韧性,提高质量失去了一个有效的依据。本文的目的就是在研究其变形与断裂的基础上,探求出有效地测定重轨韧性指标的试验方法,从而为保证重轨质量的不断改善提供一种简便易行的手段。
The occurrence of U74 heavy rail brittle breakage accident produced by Baotou Steel has forced science and technology workers to carry out a series of research work in order to prevent brittle fracture and improve toughness. Over the years, experimental studies have shown that due to the special deformation and fracture laws of U74 steel (such as the Pop-in phenomenon during loading) and the limitation of the size factor, it is difficult to measure the effective fracture toughness index, so as to improve the rail toughness, Losing an effective basis for improving quality. The purpose of this paper is to find out the test method to effectively measure the rail toughness based on the study of its deformation and fracture, so as to provide a simple and easy way to ensure the continuous improvement of the mass of the heavy rail.
