用正交试验对心脉神口服液水提工艺进行考察，通过用不同浓度的乙醇沉淀，优选出口服液的最佳醇沉浓度，实验以黄芪甲甙为定量指标，用薄层扫描法测定其含量，筛选出了合理的制备工艺．
Orthogonal test was used to examine the water extraction process of Xinmaishen oral liquid, and the best alcohol concentration of the oral solution was optimized by precipitation with different concentrations of ethanol. The experiment was based on the determination of Astragaloside IV as a quantitative index and was measured by thin layer scanning. Its content, screening a reasonable preparation process.
