本文提出了一种精确测量双包层单模光纤截止波长的方法——改进的偏振法。该方法可以揭示双包层单模光纤局部的固有截止波长。从测量曲线可以清楚得出二阶模漏泄的情况。该方法精度不劣于3nm,所用光纤样品长度L为0.3~10m。
This paper presents a method for accurately measuring the cut-off wavelength of double-clad single-mode fiber - an improved polarization method. This method can reveal the inherent cut-off wavelength of the double-clad single mode fiber. From the measurement curve can be clearly drawn second-order mode leakage situation. The accuracy of the method is not worse than 3nm, the length of the used optical fiber sample L is 0.3 ~ 10m.
