房地产市场是我国市场经济体系的一个重要的组成部分,是一个多元市场,住房市场是其一个子部分。而高校周边的住房市场,因其区位和居住环境及配套设施的优越性,有着自身的特点。本文以高校周边住房市场为着眼点,分析其特点,试图以小见大,探讨其对房地产宏观调控的启示,为平抑房价、规范房地产市场健康发展提出相关政策建议。
The real estate market is an important part of the market economy system in our country. It is a diversified market and the housing market is a sub-part thereof. The housing market around colleges and universities, because of its location and living environment and the superiority of ancillary facilities, has its own characteristics. This article focuses on the peripheral housing market in colleges and universities, analyzes its characteristics, tries to find out how big it is and seeks its implications for real estate macro regulation and control, and puts forward some policy suggestions to stabilize housing prices and regulate the healthy development of the real estate market.
