沂蒙山区农村文化大院普遍存在的问题有:基础设施非常薄弱;缺乏真正活跃农村文化娱乐活动的中青年文化骨干;极度缺乏文化活动资源;没有相互学习、交流演出的机会。解决对策是:加强对农村文化工作的领导和考核;确保农村文化活动资金转移支付专款专用;加大对农村中青年文化活动积极分子的培养力度。 Yimeng Mountain rural cultural compound common problems are: the infrastructure is very weak; the lack of real active cultural and entertainment activities in rural areas backbone of young and middle-aged culture; the extreme lack of cultural resources; there is no mutual learning and exchange of performance opportunities.
