921钢是重要的舰船用钢之一,虽已定型生产多年,但对其基本特性尚缺乏系统的研究,本文报导对国产921钢(12Ni3CrMoV钢)测制的过冷奥氏体连续冷却曲线,并介绍在冶炼过程中由脱氧剂带入的微量硼对该曲线的影响,以供分析热处理及焊接热影响区组织之参考。
921 steel is one of the important steel for shipbuilding. Although it has been produced for many years, its basic characteristics are still lack of systematic research. This paper reports the continuous cooling curve of supercooled austenite of 921 steel (12Ni3CrMoV steel) And introduces the influence of trace boron brought by the deoxidizer during the smelting process on the curve for the analysis of the heat treatment and the organization of the welded heat-affected zone.
