“机械工人”(冷加工)1957年第二期介绍了孙宗武同志编译的“分度头单动间隔分度法”一文(以不简称该文)内容很好,它解决了,“单式分度法”不能解决的问题。该文的主要公式是n=40/Z·N·m。式中n是每次摇转孔数,Z是工件齿数,N是孔板的全周孔数,m是间隔齿数。公式中的N和m都是选用的,如果N和m选择不当就会使误差增大而造成废品。必须指出:该文附表所列的误差积累δ只是平均误差的积累,而个别齿的周节误差往往要比它大的多。这就说明,平均误差的积累,不表示周节实际的最大误差,而周节实际的最大误差δ_1应当按下式计算。
