8月13日,中国石油首个具有自主知识产权的国V柴油加氢催化剂——硫化型柴油加氢催化剂FDS-2,在长庆石化完成首次工业应用试验,并成功生产出国V柴油。这标志着中国石油低成本生产国V柴油的成套工业化技术取得重要进展。FDS-2柴油加氢催化剂由中国石油催化重点实验室、长庆石化和抚顺石化催化剂厂等单位历时10年联合研制成功,具有开工时无需预硫化、操作简便等特点,可使开工周期缩短3天左右。
On August 13, CNPC’s first V-diesel hydrogenation catalyst, sulfurized diesel hydrogenation catalyst FDS-2, with independent intellectual property rights, completed its first industrial application test in Changqing Petrochemical and successfully produced overseas V diesel oil. This marks an important step forward in the complete industrialization of V Diesel oil, a low-cost producer of PetroChina. FDS-2 diesel hydrogenation catalyst by the China Petroleum Key Laboratory of Catalysis, Changqing Petrochemical and Fushun Petrochemical Catalyst Plant and other units lasted 10 years of joint research and development, with no presulfiding at start-up, easy to operate, etc., can shorten the start-up cycle 3 Days or so.
