Three elements, Zr, Mo and Y, were added to Au-Pd, Pt-Ir and Pd-Ru systems respectively to study the effects of rare metal elements on the microstructures and mechanical and electrical properties of the three alloy systems. The alloy phase is melted in a vacuum furnace. Firstly, the microstructure and structure of the alloy phase were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and metallographic microscope. The electrical resistivity of the alloy phase was measured by electric bridge and eddy current conductivity meter. Then the mechanical properties of alloy phase were measured by AG-X100KN tensile testing machine performance. The results show that the addition of rare metal elements can effectively refine the microstructure of the alloy phase and increase the melting point, density, mechanical properties and resistivity of the alloy phase, but the elongation of the alloy phase decreases.
