探讨人工蛇胆镇咳、祛痰和抗炎作用。方法:动物灌胃给药,采用浓氨水引咳、酚红排泌、鼠耳肿胀及角叉菜胶足肿胀模型,观察人工蛇胆的作用。结果:人工蛇胆可明显抑制氨水刺激所致小鼠咳嗽,延长咳嗽潜伏期;增加小鼠气管酚红排泌量;对二甲苯致小鼠耳朵肿胀和角叉菜胶引起的大鼠足肿胀有明显的抑制作用;对醋酸引起的小鼠毛细血管通透性增高也显示较强的抑制作用。结论:人工蛇胆的药理作用与天然蛇胆相似。
Study artificial snake bile antitussive, expectorant and anti-inflammatory effects. Methods: The animals were given intragastric administration, and the effect of Artificial snake bile was observed by using concentrated ammonia water to induce cough, phenol red excretion, eardrum swelling and carrageenan foot swelling model. Results: Artificial snake bile can significantly inhibit the ammonia-induced mouse cough and prolong the latent period of cough; increase the excretion of phenol red in the trachea of mice; edema induced by xylene in mice and carrageenan-induced rat paw swelling were obvious Inhibition of acetic acid induced capillary permeability in mice also showed a strong inhibitory effect. Conclusion: The pharmacological action of artificial snake bile is similar to that of natural snake bile.
