以“金蒜3号”大蒜为试材,在水培条件下,以0mmol/L为对照,研究了0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5mmol/L不同磷浓度对青蒜磷含量、生长及品质的影响。结果表明:青蒜叶片和假茎中磷含量随营养液中磷浓度的升高呈显著正相关;青蒜的植株鲜重、株高、假茎长和假茎粗均随磷浓度的升高呈先增大后减小的趋势,至1.5mmol/L处达到最大,比不施磷处理分别提高了84.99%~470.32%、22.20%~83.19%、10.74%~46.95%和70.11%~99.15%;青蒜叶片和假茎中大蒜素、可溶性糖、游离氨基酸和可溶性蛋白质的含量以及叶片中维生素C含量同样在1.5mmol/L处达到最高。表明水培条件下,栽培青蒜的营养液磷浓度以1.5mmol/L最佳。
