目的观察甲钴胺联合胰激肽原酶对糖尿病周围神经损害恢复的影响。方法将69例糖尿病周围神经病变的患者随机分为3组,治疗1组给予甲钴胺1500μg加入250ml生理盐水中静脉滴注,1次/d,连用2周;治疗2组给予甲钴胺500μg肌内注射,隔日1次,连用2周;对照组给予维生素B120.5mg肌内注射,1次/d,连用2周。每组均加以胰激肽原酶肠溶片120U/次,3次/d口服辅助治疗。结果治疗1组总有效率95.6%,治疗2组总有效率88%,均明显高于对照组57.1%(P<0.05),治疗组症状、体征及各项神经传导速度与对照组相比均呈有意义改善,两治疗组之间临床疗效相比有统计学意义。结论大剂量甲钴胺联合胰激肽原酶对治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有显著疗效。
Objective To observe the effect of mecobalamin combined with kallidinogenase on the recovery of diabetic peripheral nerve injury. Methods Sixty-nine patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into three groups. One group was treated with intravenous infusion of mecobalamin 1500μg in 250ml normal saline once a day for 2 weeks. Two groups were given 500μg methylcobalamin Intramuscular injection, every other day 1, once every 2 weeks; control group given vitamin B120.5mg intramuscular injection, 1 / d, once every 2 weeks. Each group were given pancreatic kallikrein enteric-coated tablets 120U / times, 3 times / d oral adjuvant therapy. Results The total effective rate of treatment group 1 was 95.6%, and the total effective rate of treatment group 2 was 88%, which was significantly higher than that of control group 57.1% (P <0.05). The symptoms, signs and nerve conduction velocity of the treatment group were Significant improvement, the clinical efficacy between the two treatment groups was statistically significant. Conclusion High-dose mecobalamin combined with pancreatic kallikrein has a significant effect on the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
