为了改善现阶段巡线小型旋翼无人机在降雨环境下巡检性能参差不齐的现状,根据无人机在降雨环境下的巡检功能要求,在分析降雨对飞行性能影响的基础上,有针对性地确定系统参数,采用西门子S7-200控制器构建了适用于小型旋翼无人机巡线的模拟降雨系统,阐述了系统的硬件组成、控制算法及软件实现,该系统可自动调节降雨强度、实时显示并存储试验数据。试验测试结果表明,系统稳定可靠,可检测小型旋翼无人机在降雨环境下的巡检性能,对于大、中型旋翼以及固翼等无人机的巡检性能试验开发具有重要意义。
In order to improve the current situation that the patrol line miniature rotary UAV has uneven inspection performance under the rainy environment, according to the requirements of the inspection function of the UAV under the rainfall environment, on the basis of analyzing the impact of rainfall on the flight performance, Aiming at determining the system parameters, the Siemens S7-200 controller was used to construct a simulated rainfall system for patrolling a small rotor UAV. The hardware composition, control algorithm and software implementation of the system were described. The system can automatically adjust the rainfall intensity , Real-time display and store test data. The experimental results show that the system is stable and reliable, and it can detect the inspection performance of small rotor UAV under rainfall environment. It is of great significance for the development of inspection performance test of UAVs such as large and medium rotor and solid wing.
