Can you talk about the research ideas? Shi Zhongquan: Since Comrade Jiang Zemin put forward the important thinking of the ’Three Represents in the spring of 2000, especially since the publication of the’ 1 July ’speech, the study and dissemination of theoretical innovations in the important thinking of the’ Three Represents’ have taken place.
