目的:观察双唑泰栓联合乳酸杆菌治疗非特异性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:随机将114例非特异性阴道炎患者分为两组,每组57例。对照组采用乳酸杆菌治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用双唑泰栓治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率、满意度均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双唑泰栓联合乳酸杆菌治疗非特异性阴道炎疗效显著,能够有效改善患者生活质量,提高患者满意度,值得在临床中推广应用。 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of metronidazole combined with lactobacillus in the treatment of nonspecific vaginitis. Methods: Randomly divided 114 patients with non-specific vaginitis into two groups, 57 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Lactobacillus, and the observation group was treated with metoprolol on the basis of the control group. The clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups.
