1对象和方法1.1对象我科1990～2003-06收治儿童陈旧性Monteggia′s骨折19例,其中男11例,女8例,年龄3～7岁,平均5岁。初次到我科就诊时间从伤后2～18周,治疗后随访时间3～16个月,平均6个月。1.2方法本组依据1976年Bado的分型,其中型12例;型6例,合并桡神经深支损伤1例;型1例。追
1 Subjects and methods 1.1 Object Our department 1990 ~ 2003-06 admitted children with old Monteggia’s fracture in 19 cases, including 11 males and 8 females, aged 3 to 7 years, mean 5 years. First visit to our department from 2 to 18 weeks after injury, after treatment, follow-up time of 3 to 16 months, an average of 6 months. 1.2 Methods The group based on the classification of Bado in 1976, of which 12 cases were type; type 6 cases, 1 case of deep radial nerve injury and 1 case. chase
