目的比较双源CTA断层和三维重建图像及DSA在主动脉腔内支架置入前的价值。方法将本院做过双源CT主动脉造影及主动脉腔内支架置入术48例主动脉夹层患者作为研究对象,术前分别对CT断层图像、三维重建和DSA的各项相关参数进行对比分析。结果双源CT断层上所测量的主动脉弓直径及破裂口距左锁骨下动脉距离均小于DSA结果 ;三维重建所测量以上各项参数与DSA结果很接近,并能清楚显示主动脉夹层分离的破裂口,而断层图像上不易发现破裂口;双源CT断层图像和三维重建在显示主动脉附壁血栓、真假腔及钙化等方面均优于DSA。结论综合分析双源CT断层和三维重建图像可作为主动脉腔内支架置入术前的主要依据。
Objective To compare the value of dual-source CTA and 3D reconstructed images and DSA before aortic stent placement. Methods Forty-eight patients with aortic dissection underwent dual-source CT aortography and aortic stent implantation were studied in our hospital. The related parameters of CT tomography, three-dimensional reconstruction and DSA were compared before operation analysis. Results The diameter of the aortic arch and the distance between the ruptured mouth and the left subclavian artery measured by dual-source CT were less than those of the DSA. The parameters measured by three-dimensional reconstruction were close to those of the DSA and clearly showed that the aortic dissection , While the rupture port is not easy to be found on the tomographic images. Dual-source CT tomography and 3D reconstruction are superior to DSA in displaying aortic wall thrombosis, true and false lumen and calcification. Conclusion A comprehensive analysis of dual-source CT tomography and three-dimensional reconstruction images can be used as the main basis for preoperative placement of aortic endoluminal stents.
