妊娠合并库欣综合征(Cushing’s Syndrome,CS)是一种少见病,发病率约为2/1 000 000[1],国内外报道约100多例。临床可表现为高血压、糖尿病、子痫前期,严重者导致心力衰竭、胎儿生长受限、早产等不良妊娠结局。现将我院收治的1例妊娠合并库欣综合征并表现为顽固性低钾血症的病例报道如下。1临床资料患者,女,32岁,因“停经30+2周,发现血压升高3+月”入 Cushing’s syndrome (Cushing’s Syndrome, pregnancy-threatening pregnancy syndrome) is a rare disease with a prevalence of about 2/1 000 000 [1]. About 100 cases are reported at home and abroad. Clinical manifestations of hypertension, diabetes, preeclampsia, severe cases lead to heart failure, fetal growth restriction, premature delivery and other adverse pregnancy outcomes. Now in our hospital admitted to a case of pregnancy complicated by Cushing’s syndrome and showed refractory hypokalemia cases are reported below. 1 clinical data of patients, female, 32 years old, because of “menopause 30 +2 weeks, found that blood pressure increased 3 + month ” into
