目的了解博州地区食品中化学污染物及食源性致病菌的污染状况,为食品安全监督提供科学依据。方法采用理化分析和微生物检验技术,对博乐市市售食品进行了抽样检测。结果共采样不同食品194份,化学和生物指标总合格率为58.76%。109份食品样品检测了化学污染物,超标28份,超标率为25.69%。135份食品样品检测了微生物,超标28份,超标率为20.74%。结论博州地区抽检食品中,化学污染物超标较严重的食品有食用植物油、熟肉制品和干果,微生物超标较严重的食品有粮食制品、熟肉制品、凉拌菜和即食非发酵制品,应加大监测力度,确保食品安全。
Objective To understand the pollution status of chemical pollutants and food-borne pathogens in foodstuffs in Bozhou area and provide a scientific basis for food safety supervision. Methods The physical and chemical analysis and microbial test techniques were used to test the samples of commercially available foods in Bole. Results A total of 194 samples of different food samples were collected.
