运用卡特尔 1 6种人格因素测验量表 ( 1 6PF) ,对杭州市西湖区教育局所属 1 1所小学的 2 92名青年教师作了心理测试 ,并将受测者的性别和教龄 (分为 3年以下、4~ 7年和 8~ 1 5年 3组 )进行比较分析。结果表明 :受测试教师总体个性特征各项因素得分在中国成人中基本属中等水平 ;男青年教师组稳定性高于女青年教师组 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,而敏感性、乐群性和世故性低于女青年教师组 ;3年以下组青年教师其聪慧性较高 ,而怀疑性、紧张性、忧虑性和世故性较低 ;4~ 7组的幻想性、兴奋性和紧张性较高 ,而稳定性、有恒性和独立性较低 ;8年以上组的稳定性、有恒性、忧虑性和独立性较高。因此 ,学校要重视对青年教师个性特点的研究与分析 ,从而增强青年教师工作的针对性 ;要重视对青年教师包括个性品质在内的心理素质的教育培养工作
