陈沂 1912年出生于贵州遵义,原名佘之平,1929年参加革命,1931年加入中共。曾任左翼作家联盟候补执委、北方文化总同盟党团书记。抗战时期在中共北方局工作,任《<新华日报》太南版、《冀鲁豫日报》社长兼总编辑,新华社山东总分社和《大众日报》社社长、中共山东分局、山东军区、八路军115师宣传部长。解放战争时期任中共华东局、东北民主联军宣传部长,东北军区和第四野战军后勤部政委。建国后任解放军总政文化部长、三届赴朝慰问团副团长,被授予“朝鲜公民”称号,1955年被授予少将军衔。改革开放后任中共上海市委副书记兼宣传部长、市人大副主
Chen Yi was born in 1912 in Zunyi, Guizhou, formerly known as She Zhiping, joined the revolution in 1929, joined the CCP in 1931.
