提出了加工中心在线检测误差通用数学模型 ,研究了测量系统误差参数辨识方法 ,实现了基于模型的加工中心在线检测软件误差补偿。对标准试件的检测及补偿结果表明 ,补偿后加工中心检测精度提高 53 .8%以上 ,加工中心在线检测误差补偿实验结果证明了提出的误差补偿方法的可行性和有效性。
A general mathematical model of on-line detection error of machining center was proposed. The error parameter identification method of measurement system was researched, and the software-based compensation of on-line detection of machining center based on model was realized. The testing and compensation results of standard specimen show that the precision of machining center after compensation is over 53.8%. The experimental results of on-line testing error compensation of machining center prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed error compensation method.
