挪威幼教工作者关注戏剧与儿童游戏的关系,认为教师可利用戏剧知识为儿童游戏提供支持。因此,在学前教育师资培养方面,挪威政府强调师范生既要具备戏剧表演的知识和能力,又要具备开展戏剧教学活动的能力。在幼儿园教育中,教师要创造各种条件,让儿童有机会感受戏剧艺术,同时组织儿童进行戏剧表演,以提高儿童利用戏剧形式表达自我的能力。
Norwegian preschool teachers are concerned with the relationship between drama and children’s play and believe that teachers can use drama knowledge to support children’s games. Therefore, in the training of preschool teachers, the Norwegian government emphasizes that normal students must have the knowledge and ability to perform theatrical performances as well as the ability to carry out theatrical teaching activities. In kindergarten education, teachers should create conditions that give children the opportunity to experience dramatic arts while organizing children’s theater performances to enhance children’s ability to express themselves in dramatic forms.
