使用荧光、紫外、圆二色谱、分子模拟等方法研究了葛根素和阿魏酸对小牛血红蛋白的作用。利用Scatchard模型和Frster非辐射能量转移理论得出葛根素和阿魏酸与小牛血红蛋白之间结合常数、结合位点数及结合距离。基于热力学参数的研究结果表明,葛根素和阿魏酸与小牛血红蛋白之间的作用主要是氢键力和范德华力。使用同步荧光、CD光谱以及分子模拟等方法研究了阿魏酸和葛根素对血红蛋白的结构的影响。
The effects of puerarin and ferulic acid on bovine hemoglobin were studied by fluorescence, UV, circular dichroism and molecular simulation. The binding constants, binding sites and binding distances between puerarin and ferulic acid and bovine hemoglobin were obtained by using Scatchard model and Frster non-radiative energy transfer theory. The results based on thermodynamic parameters show that the interaction between puerarin and ferulic acid and calf hemoglobin is mainly hydrogen bonding force and van der Waals forces. The effects of ferulic acid and puerarin on the structure of hemoglobin were studied using synchronous fluorescence, CD spectroscopy and molecular modeling.
