针对工程供应链运作过程中柔性管理所存在的问题,首先,对国内外研究现状进行综述;其次,从工程供应链成员交互关系、决策与运作环境的复杂性等方面阐述了柔性管理的动因;再次,从目标柔性、资源柔性、运作能力柔性以及组织柔性等方面分析了柔性管理的基本内容;最后,提出了针对工程供应链柔性管理的一些基本策略。
In view of the problems existing in flexible management during the process of engineering supply chain operation, first of all, the research status at home and abroad is reviewed. Secondly, the motivation of flexible management is elaborated from the aspects of the interaction of project supply chain, the complexity of decision-making and operating environment, Thirdly, the basic content of flexible management is analyzed from the aspects of target flexibility, resource flexibility, operational capability flexibility and organization flexibility. Finally, some basic strategies for flexible management of engineering supply chain are proposed.
