钢绞线穿束及梳编一体化新技术应用于襄阳汉江三桥斜拉桥主梁和滩桥50m跨现浇连续箱梁施工中,具体操作是通过钢束前端设置一个梳束板,然后利用一种子弹形穿束套套住钢束前端端头,再用卷扬机通过穿束套牵引钢束的方法。该梳编穿束方法解决了超长束及曲线段预应力管道穿束困难及钢绞线打绞问题;避免了穿束对管道的破坏;并且大幅度提高了穿束的效率。
