我院自1988年1月~1998年2月,采用双睾丸切除术配合药物治疗特殊类型的前列腺增生症85例,取得较好的临床疗效。现报1 临床资料1．1 一般资料:85例前列腺增生症患者,年龄64~83岁,平均年龄73.5岁。均合并有不同程度的其它疾病,不宜或不愿接受前列腺切除术。其中合并高血压、心脏病等心血管疾病36例,占42.47%;合并慢支、肺气肿、肺功能不全者42例,占49.31%;脑血管疾病及后遗症 Our hospital from January 1988 to February 1998, the use of double orchiectomy with drugs to treat a special type of benign prostatic hyperplasia in 85 cases, and achieved good clinical efficacy. 1 clinical data reported 1.1 General Information: 85 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients, aged 64 to 83 years, with an average age of 73.5 years.
