采用金相分析、拉伸实验、动态机械热分析等方法研究了时效处理(T5)、固溶处理(T4)及固溶后时效处理(T6)三种不同热处理工艺对挤压态AZ61镁合金显微组织、力学性能及阻尼性能的影响。研究表明:与挤压态的AZ61镁合金相比,T5态与T6态的强度明显提高,且T6态仍保持了一定的塑性;T4态虽未提高其强度,但提升了合金的伸长率。而在阻尼性能方面,挤压态和T5态的阻尼性能较差,T4态和T6态与应变相关部分的阻尼得到了大幅度提升。通过Granato-Lücke理论可以很好的解释不同热处理工艺对AZ61镁合金阻尼性能的影响规律。
The effects of aging treatment (T5), solution treatment (T4) and solution treatment aging treatment (T6) on the mechanical properties of extruded AZ61 magnesium alloy were studied by metallographic analysis, tensile test and dynamic mechanical thermal analysis Microstructure, mechanical properties and damping properties. The results show that compared with extruded AZ61 magnesium alloy, the strength of T5 state and T6 state obviously increases, and the T6 state still retains a certain degree of plasticity; while the T4 state does not increase its strength, but enhances the alloy elongation . In terms of damping properties, the damping properties of extruded state and T5 state are poor, and the damping of the relevant part of T4 state and T6 state is greatly improved. Through the Granato-Lücke theory can well explain the different heat treatment process on the damping properties of AZ61 magnesium alloy law.
