为了研究生物质裂解工艺最佳条件,以木屑为原料,石英砂为热媒,对建立的以旋转锥反应器为主体的生物质快速裂解工艺进行研究,在单因素实验基础上,对4个主要因素(裂解温度、真空度、旋转锥盘转速和木屑粒径)进行正交实验。在木屑含水率为8.2%,热媒量1 200 g,进料速率4 kg/h的条件下,确定了最佳工艺条件为:裂解温度550℃,真空度0.08 MPa,旋转锥盘转速115 r/m in,木屑粒径为30目。最佳条件下生物质转化率为54.83%,实验研究表明,自制旋转锥反应器裂解工艺具有可行性。
In order to study the optimum conditions of biomass pyrolysis process, using sawdust as raw material and quartz sand as heating medium, the rapid pyrolysis process of biomass was established, which was mainly composed of rotary cone reactor. Based on the single factor experiment, Factors (pyrolysis temperature, degree of vacuum, rotating cone speed and sawdust particle size) were orthogonal experiments. Under the conditions of moisture content of wood chips of 8.2%, heat medium amount of 1 200 g and feed rate of 4 kg / h, the optimal process conditions were as follows: pyrolysis temperature 550 ℃, vacuum 0.08 MPa, rotating cone speed 115 r / m in, sawdust particle size of 30 mesh. Under the optimal conditions, the biomass conversion rate was 54.83%. Experimental results show that the pyrolysis process of self-made rotary cone reactor is feasible.
