以玉米淀粉为原料,通过双氧水氧化降解和环氧氯丙烷交联改性,制得了可用于尿素缓释肥料的淀粉基包膜材料,并用扫描电镜(SEM)和红外光谱(FT-IR)测试了化学改性对淀粉结构的影响。实验结果表明,制备氧化/交联改性淀粉的较好条件为:双氧水1.0wt%,环氧氯丙烷4.0wt%。氧化/交联改性后,淀粉基包膜材料的吸水率从190%降为84%,可以用于制备尿素缓释肥料。当包膜材料用量为20wt%时,尿素缓释肥料的性能最佳。
Using corn starch as raw material, the starch-based coating material which can be used as urea slow-release fertilizer was prepared by the oxidative degradation of hydrogen peroxide and the modification by epichlorohydrin. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) Effect of chemical modification on starch structure. Experimental results show that the preparation of oxidized / crosslinked modified starch better conditions: hydrogen peroxide 1.0wt%, epichlorohydrin 4.0wt%. After modified by oxidation / crosslinking, the water absorption of starch-based coating material is reduced from 190% to 84%, which can be used to prepare urea slow-release fertilizer. When the amount of coating material is 20wt%, the performance of urea slow-release fertilizer is the best.
