无砟轨道客运专线工程施工质量控制的最终目标是要求在建成后线路的耐久性、平顺性及刚性确保动车正常运行的要求。因此在施工过程中,通过施工技术、检测试验、精准的设备、评估等手段,有效的做好沉降控制、轨道工程线形控制及各工程部位实体质量控制,以达到铁路成型后运行良好的目标。
