本工作提供了用活性氧化铝吸附富集工业用SF_6气体中微量S_2F_(10)O经纯化获得气相色谱分析的标准样品以测定定量校正因子的可行方法。在热导检测器上。用He气作载气,测得S_2F_(10)O相对于SF_8的体积校正因子为0.69,测量精密度优于5%,与文献值及计算值一致。方法简便,可靠。
This work provides a feasible method for the determination of quantitative correction factor by using activated alumina to adsorb trace amount of standard S_2F_ (10) O in industrial SF_6 gas and obtain the standard sample for gas chromatographic analysis. On the thermal conductivity detector. The volumetric correction factor of S_2F_ (10) O relative to SF_8 was 0.69 with He gas as carrier gas. The precision of measurement was better than 5%, which was consistent with the literatures and calculated values. Method is simple and reliable.
