目的 了解学校校园内外食品卫生情况。方法 抽样调查 ,依据《食品卫生法》的要求 ,现场调查。结果 校园内外食品经营户卫生许可证持证率为 5 9.5 5 % ;健康证持证率为 4 9.6 7% ;副食品商店经营的食品合格率只有 35 .2 1%。结论 校园内外食品卫生状况较差
Objective To understand the food hygiene inside and outside the school campus. Methods Sampling survey, based on “Food Sanitation Law” requirements, on-site investigation. Results The certificate of health permit of food business households inside and outside the campus was 5 9.55%; the health certificate was 4 9.67%; the pass rate of foodstuff operated by non-staple food stores was only 35.21%. Conclusion The food hygiene inside and outside campus is poor
