本试验选用室温贮藏4a、3a和2a的番茄种子，对其发芽率、种子活力、逆境前发和幼苗田间生长等进行了综合测试，以检验种子的劣变进程及种子质量．试验结果表明，番茄种子室温贮藏4a，种子质量显著劣变，种子生活力及活力显著低于贮藏2～3a的种子，田间幼苗生长势下降，畸形苗及小苗比例增加。对番茄种子质量进行检验，逆境发芽试验及人工加速老化试验是较为敏感的指标。
In this experiment, the tomato seeds of 4a, 3a and 2a were stored at room temperature, and their germination rate, seed vigor, pre-adversity and seedling growth were comprehensively tested to test the process of seed deterioration and seed quality. The results showed that the seed quality of tomato seeds was significantly degraded after storage at room temperature for 4 years, and the seed vigor and vitality of seeds were significantly lower than that of seeds stored for 2-3 years. The growth potential of seedlings decreased, and the proportion of deformed seedlings and seedlings increased. Tomato seed quality inspection, adversity germination test and artificial accelerated aging test are more sensitive indicators.
