改革开放以来,贵州的广播电视事业得到了快速发展。至2003年底,全省有广播电台4座开办广播节目15套,全年制作广播节目75145小时,平均每天播音243小时38分。全省有电视台10座,开办电视节目31套,全年制作电视节目16292小时,平均每周播出时间3268小时44分,全省各县、市、区、特区都开办了广播电视节目,威为宣传党的路线、方针、政策和促进当地经济社会发展的重要阵地全省有广播中波发射台,转播台11座,广播覆盖率80％;有调频发射台,转播台183座,有电视发射,转播台2820座。电视覆盖率88.17％。全省有线电视总用
