不久前,我们拿到了权威管理部门提供的1996年全国啤酒生产厂家产量、销售额、利税前20名排行名单,我们的目光审慎地巡视于表格之间,思绪却漫射开去。表格中位置的升降,名称的出现与消失,包含着复杂的因素,多少展示出经济转轨时期企业摸索、拚搏、徘徊的不同态势。我们认为,在分析啤酒行业规模实力、质量管理、品种风味、机械装备诸问题的同时,更应看到地区、城市、产品档次之间发展的不平衡,明了本地与外地、“民旋”和“洋货”在竞技场上的优劣短长,把企业的发展放到更为广阔的社会背景及势所必然的历史进程中去考察和比较,方可做出较为客观的判断与决策。
Not long ago, we got the list of top 20 rankings of production, sales, and profits of the national beer manufacturers in 1996 provided by the authoritative management department. Our eyes were cautiously patrolling between the forms, but thoughts were diffused. The rise and fall of the position in the table, the appearance and disappearance of the name, contain complex factors, and show how different the enterprises have explored, struggled, and embarrassed during the economic transition period.
