本文采用溶血空斑(PFC)和血凝(HA)试验探讨 Ehrlich 腹水癌(EAC)带瘤鼠在不同程度胸腺萎缩时对胸腺依赖性抗原(TDA)的反应性。发现接种 EAC后,抗体形成细胞数量和血清抗体效价逐渐下降;用带瘤鼠的胸腺和脾细胞转移不能促进受鼠对TDA的反应性,其胸腺细胞加骨髓细胞或脾细胞移植对致死性γ射线照射小鼠的免疫重建能力,明显低于正常对照组。结果表明:带瘤鼠在胸腺萎缩后,对TDA的反应能力明显下降,其机制可能与宿主胸腺和脾中的辅助细胞活性下降有关。
In this paper, hemolytic plaque (PFC) and hemagglutination (HA) were used to investigate the reactivity of thymus-dependent antigen (TDA) in Ehrlich ascites carcinoma (EAC) with varying degrees of thymus atrophy. It was found that the number of antibody-forming cells and serum antibody titer gradually decreased after inoculation of EAC; the transfer of thymus and spleen cells in the tumor-bearing mice did not promote the reactivity of the mice to TDA, and thymocytes and bone marrow or spleen cells were fatal The immunoregulatory capacity of γ-ray irradiated mice was significantly lower than that of normal control group. The results showed that the ability of tumor-bearing mice to respond to TDA decreased significantly after thymus atrophy, and the mechanism may be related to the decrease of helper cells activity in the thymus and spleen of the host.
