报道了温度对真水狼蛛发育和繁殖的影响。在 2 0~ 32℃恒温条件下 ,随着温度的升高历期逐渐变短。真水狼蛛在武汉地区一年可发生 2~ 3代。幼蛛发育到成熟所需蜕皮次数与温度有关 ,在各种温度下 ,均以蜕皮 6次的个体最多。 2 8℃恒温条件下 ,产卵率最高 ,孵化率最高 ;30℃下单雌产卵量最大。母蛛携带幼蛛的时间随温度的升高而缩短。根据真水狼蛛在 6种恒温下的幼蛛存活率、雌蛛产卵率、产卵量和孵化率组建了真水狼蛛在不同温度条件下的实验种群增长表。在 6种温度下 ,其种群数量均呈上升趋势 ,其中以 2 8℃时种群数量增长最快 ,繁殖一代种群数量可增加 73.52倍
