一种分级的Se-As-Te硫化物-玻璃光电二级管结构已经用作光导摄象管靶面。靶的光电特性取决于元素的浓度和分布状态。本文介绍了关于砷和碲的浓度分布的研究结果。并当其长期处在红光照射下时,能使经改进靶的信号电流变化小。
A graded Se-As-Te sulfide-glass photodiode structure has been used as a light guide tube target surface. The photoelectric properties of the target depend on the concentration and distribution of the elements. This paper presents the results of studies on the concentration distribution of arsenic and tellurium. And when its long-term exposure to red light, the improved target signal current changes can be small.
