DNA甲基化是表观遗传学研究内容之一,DNA甲基化在精子发生过程对基因的表达发挥着重要的调控作用,因此了解精子发生过程中DNA甲基化的变化对精子发生障碍研究有着至关重要的价值。本文对近年来精子的DNA甲基化信息进行综述,并对辅助生殖技术所带来的遗传风险作简要探讨。
