“80后”员工是指上世纪1980年以后出生的从业人群,也可以成为新生代员工。这一代人由于其成长环境与前几辈人有巨大的不同。他们的价值判断,价值观与其父辈有巨大的差异,在企业管理实践中,这种价值观的冲突日益明显。用旧的管理方法来管理新型员工势必会对企业造成不良影响,针对“80后”员工的特点如何进行有效的管理是管理层不可忽视的问题。
“80 after ” employees refers to the practitioners born after 1980s, can also be a new generation of employees. This generation has a huge difference from previous generations because of its growth environment. Their value judgments, values and their fathers have huge differences.
