将非线性滤波环节与传统的PID控制策略相结合,提出了一种基于非线性滤波环节的新型鲁棒PID控制策略,从频率特性角度分析了利用该控制策略提高过程控制系统鲁棒性的机理,进行了阶跃扰动和方波扰动下过程控制系统响应特性的仿真试验,采用该控制策略对某电厂过热汽温调节系统进行了优化.结果表明:该新型PID控制策略能够在提高系统响应速度的同时增强系统的稳定性,进一步提升了传统PID控制策略的鲁棒性,可获得更为优良的控制品质.
Combining the nonlinear filter with the traditional PID control strategy, a new robust PID control strategy based on nonlinear filter is proposed. The mechanism of using the control strategy to improve the robustness of the process control system is analyzed from the perspective of frequency characteristics , The simulation experiments of the response characteristics of the process control system under step disturbance and square wave disturbance are carried out and the control strategy is adopted to optimize the superheated steam temperature control system of a power plant.The results show that the new PID control strategy can improve the system response speed While enhancing the stability of the system to further enhance the robustness of the traditional PID control strategy, you can get a better quality of control.
