认知负荷意指认知主体在信息加工过程中所需心理资源的总和,主要有外在认知负荷、内在认知负荷以及相关认知负荷三种类型。认知负荷理论启示,在高中历史教学设计时要科学管理外在认知负荷、内在认知负荷以及相关认知负荷,即在高中历史教学设计时,要设法降低外在认知负荷和内在认知负荷,同时设法增强相关认知负荷。
Cognitive load refers to the total amount of psychological resources that cognitive agents need in the process of information processing. There are three types of external cognitive load, internal cognitive load and related cognitive load. The theory of cognitive load suggests that external cognitive load, internal cognitive load and related cognitive load should be managed scientifically in the design of high school history teaching. In high school history teaching design, we should try to reduce external cognitive load and internal cognition Known load, while trying to enhance the relevant cognitive load.
