目的建立氢化物原子荧光法测定生活饮用水中砷的不确定度评定方法,给出不确定度,为提高检测质量提供依据。方法应用测量不确定度理论,建立检测方法的数学模型,找出影响不确定度的因素并对各个不确定度分量进行评估。结果水中砷的合成不确定度为0.023 0μg/L,扩展不确定度为0.049 7μg/L。结论运用该不确定度评定分析方法对测量过程中的关键环节进行重点质量控制,可有效降低引入的不确定度,保证测定结果准确。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of arsenic in drinking water by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry, giving the uncertainty and improving the quality of detection. Methods Applying the theory of measurement uncertainty, a mathematical model of detection method is established to find out the factors that affect the uncertainty and evaluate the components of each uncertainty. Results The synthetic uncertainty of arsenic in water was 0.023 0 μg / L with an extended uncertainty of 0.049 7 μg / L. Conclusions The key quality control of the key links in the measurement process using this method of uncertainty assessment can effectively reduce the uncertainty introduced and ensure the accuracy of the measurement results.
