A total of 232 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected from August 2015 to August 2016, and randomly divided into study group and reference group, each with 116 cases. Reference group conventional diet regulation and guidance, research group to give targeted diet management and guidance. The levels of FPG, 2hPG, HbA_ (1c) before and after dietary intervention in both groups were statistically analyzed, and the effects of dietary intervention on pregnant women and fetus were also analyzed. Results The levels of FPG, 2hPG and HbA_ (1c) in the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group (P <0.05) after intervention. The incidence of Hypertension syndrome, premature rupture of membranes and premature labor in the study group and the overall incidence of complications Lower than the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusions The targeted diet management and guidance for pregnant women can effectively control the blood sugar of pregnant women and reduce the influence of diabetes on pregnant women and fetus.
