本文报告外用冻伤灵膏治疗冻伤的双盲临床研究及动物实验研究。冻伤灵膏组(治疗组)共收治457例Ⅰ-Ⅱ度冻伤患者;冻疮膏组(对照组)共收治61例也属Ⅰ-Ⅱ度冻伤患者。2组均为局部用药。结果在1wk左右治疗组治愈412例(90.2％),对照组治愈26例(43％),疗效差异显著(p<0.01)。表明冻伤灵膏的疗效明显优于冻疮膏。动物实验研究表明,冻伤灵膏具有预防冻伤并在-70℃超低温下,对实验动物有良好保护作用。 This article reports a double-blind clinical study and animal experimental study on the use of external freeze cream to treat frostbite. A total of 457 patients with I-II degree frostbite were treated in the Frostbite Cream group (treatment group) and 61 patients in the Chilblain Cream group (control group) were also patients with I-II frostbite. Both groups were topical. Results A total of 412 cases (90.2%) were cured in the treatment group around 1wk and 26 cases (43%) in the control group. The curative effect was significantly different (p<0.01). Show that the efficacy of Frostbite cream is significantly better than Chilblain cream. Animal experimental studies have shown that the Frostbite cream can prevent frostbite and has a good protective effect on experimental animals at -70°C.
